Individuals with disabilities may apply for the V-Line reduced fare program.
Once accepted into the reduced fare program, an individual is issued a reduced fare card.
Presenting a valid reduced fare card when boarding the bus or purchasing a monthly
pass ensures that you receive the discounted price.

What Is a Deviation?
A deviation is a departure from the scheduled route. Customers who desire to be picked up or dropped off at a location which is not a scheduled stop or is off route may request deviations after having completed the deviation application form.
Requesting a Deviation
Deviations are granted on all routes, where time allows.
No deviation will be scheduled that will delay routes any more than 5 minutes. All deviations will be on a 1st call basis. Any request for a deviation is located outside the ¾ mile limit will be declined. Anyone can apply for a deviation. To request a deviation, please download our Deviation Request form.
