Reporting Violations
Required Information for Violation Reports
You can report a possible code enforcement violation by using the code enforcement complaint form or via our online code enforcement complaint form. You will need the following information to report a violation:

Type of Request
Examples may include: 
  • Abandoned vehicle 
  • Graffiti 
  • Grass or weeds over 6" in height 
  • Illegal signs 
  • Interior appliances found outside 
  • Maintenance of exterior of structures

Request Information
  • The address or location where the request for service is located
  • The date of the complaint
  • The description of the complaint or problem

  • Address
  • Email address
  • Name
  • Phone number
