The Valparaiso City Utilities Department is now offering the option of paying your city utility bill by credit card online through Official Payments Corporation. 

You can now call toll-free at 877.278.2205 or pay online. When paying online, you will be required to provide your email address to allow for payment verification and greater security by confirming each customer transaction via email. After authorization of your payment, you will be given a confirmation number that you should keep for your records.

Accepted Methods & Fees
We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for a flat processing fee of $5.95 for any amount. This fee is paid directly to Official Payments Corporation. The Valparaiso City Utilities Department does not receive any portion of the service fee.
