Valpo Parks is thrilled to announce the construction of a brand new outdoor heated golf hitting facility at Creekside Golf Course & Training Center, thanks to a lead gift from Bender Golf. This state-of-the-art facility will replace the existing 20-year-old facility. The new facility will provide golfers of all skill levels with the opportunity to practice and improve their game year-round, regardless of the weather.
“We are incredibly excited to unveil the new hitting facility at Creekside Golf Course and Training Center,” said Beth Bowker, Business Operations Manager, Valpo Parks Golf. “The upgraded covered hitting facility will be a valuable resource for golfers in our community, allowing them to refine their skills and extend their playing season.”
The upgraded facility will feature a 170-foot-long building with twelve hitting stalls spread across six bays. This spacious design ensures ample practice space for golfers to enjoy comfortable and convenient year-round training. There will be a groundbreaking ceremony held on Thursday, July 18th with the project then scheduled for completion in Fall 2024.
